There are 3 connectors, unplug the one with a blue wire going to the connector (E24). This will max the line pressure and lock the trans in 3rd gear.
To get a correct dyno reading you then need to apply 12V to the TC lockup solenoid once you get to about 1.5-2k RPM. You can see the circuit here on the mid-right;
