Message	TIG needs to be practically perfect as you stated, the chance for weld impurity, puckering, etc. is much greater with the TIG when the surface isn't perfectly clean. MIG will have no problem with those conditions. 90 Twin Turbo Track Build - jsworks.org for more info!
