Message	as well.... The customers don't know he's doing it when they drop their Z's off.. Smh. I feel it's unethical beyond measure... At the very least ASK permission 1st; the fact that he doesn't, quite frankly irritates me beyond recognition. Yes it's a practice that is NOT new, but bothers me to the core when ever I see his cheese grin when he talks about it with a chuckle to his fan boys.
