Message	My 18 year old seats have seen better days. After pulling the cover off of one of them, I noticed the foam underneath was also quite worn. Although foam parts are on the parts list (at Courtesy Nissan) they are no longer available from Nissan. Been doing some reserach on this and learned that not only does the foam disintegrate with time and use but also shrinks from the tightness of the cover. Because of this, generic covers don't always fit as tightly as the OEMs did. Seeveral aftermarket seats are avaialble to replace the OEM seats but most are quite "racy", and I have hears from several who have them, that they are not as comfortable as the OEMs. Found this model from Recaro (avalable also with electric contorls). They cost less than a custom upholstery shop has quoted me for a recover in leather of my OEMs. They resemble the OEMs somewhat. [ http://www.motorsportseats.com/recaro/LTF_expert_s.html ]
