one. And that's just that you need a video editor that can edit HD videos. Windows Movie Maker for XP does not, last I heard from local GoPro HD owners, and MM Live does not work for XP, so you need Vista or Windows 7. Other than that, I've only heard it is "more clumsy" than the keychain 720p cameras people have been getting for $40 and under. But the GoPro is literally 4 or 5 times the size, so that's a fairly obvious statement (like saying a DSLR is more clumsy than a point and shoot).
