Honestly, I didnt really see where Greg said it was bad, his opinion was that he felt like it should just be for a drag car, or one without AC. He had nothing bad to say about it performance wise. Also he even mentions a guy Dean drives his daily without issues(although no AC). Guys have done engine temp testing with fmic vs smic, temps have only changed a couple degrees which I feel is kinda negligable. But too each their own.
