Only grinded on me on higher RPMs, was fine at 2500, 3000...mostly only at the track. It is a bandaid fix pretty much, but unless you're willing to dish out $$, this'll do it and won't cost you more than $50 for the fluid and an hour of work. Plus, it's probably time to change your fluid anyways. After about 100kms, you'll feel that all other shifts feel amazingly smooth.
