It wouldn't matter if there are enough rich injections to balance out the lean injections... the lean injections could still put that individual cylinder at detonation risk. I have no idea of the spread, but say you were running on the edge 12:1 and the spread was +/- 1 you'd be in a bad spot. Conceptually, it seems like a legitimate risk factor we just need to quantify it. Until then, I would err on the side of caution. www.selindesign.net
