Message I did this years ago..

The most time consuming part is probably making the wastegate actuator brackets..

But still.. it was my first Z motor pull and fab job of that kind.

Wasn't bad at all.

I made some adapter plates using 1/4" steel plate. But later revised some using a Stainless steel washer (1/4" thick) from fastenal. It worked perfectly.

I stacked two compressor inlet flange gaskets (sandwiched) the adapter plate between the turbo housing and inlet pipe.

But.. If you are doing manifolds... Do yourself a favor and get the GT28RS.. much nicer turbo
