When I sold my first one (which started having a lot of problems as the mileage got high), I missed it terribly. Went through an Audi TT & a C5 Corvette (disliked both of them), until I decided to just get another Z. I was so happy with that car and to have a Z again! Then priorities set in and I sold it for a down payment on a house. Was the right thing to do, but I still missed it terribly. I always thought I'd own another, and my current Z kind of fell in my lap, but I'm so happy to again be owning a TT! The thing is, you have to decide if you're just angry at the car because of your recent misfortunes, or of your just ready to move on. Years ago I had a supercharged fox body mustang that I built from the ground up. It was a pretty reliable 10 sec car, but as it got faster & faster, more stuff started to break (and more frequently). I parked it for almost a year as I was disgusted with it. Ended up dusting it off and fixing it a year later, but I soon realized I was just tired with fox body mustangs in general and needed to move on! So I sold it. I do think about the dtang from time to time, but never miss it like I have my previous Z's! Good luck!
Current Z - 90 TT stage V - being rebuilt (Previous Z's - 92 TT stage I - 94 TT stage III) |
