i have run barebones. Between property taxes, mortgage, utilities and insurance. I would have to do 10 + engine R & R's a year before i even start making money. Thats with me alone. If i had employees it gets worse. Anything over 3 employees and the paperwork and workmans comp kills you. A place like Zdocs costs a min of 50 k a year to run just based on the number of bays. Most employees that know the Z cost an arm and a leg. You can get people off the street for cheap but then you know the kind of work you get. Overhead is the main reason i have not expanded. Harry
