Message	With either of the NEO series, I used the same FAQ as you linked. I found that all of mine had a bit of glue to hold the bulb in and what I found to work on the biggest & medium (NEO 5 & 4)? is to take your needle nose at the base and twist a bit which is enough to crack the glue (twist side to side not CW/CCW). I did also experience that on some of the bulbs, the solder was weak so the leg broke off and had to resolder quite a few of the NEO3's which are damn near microscopic. I eventually got mine to work but had to order an extra 3-4 to account for breaking. Would never go this route again if you paid me. Good luck. 1993 TT. R.I.P. 09.15.2010
