| I have only purchased one item from Ash: A dual-z intake back before the Selin translator became available. The product was exactly what I wanted, it just took a lot of time and phone calls/emails to get it to my door. I inquired about a turbo kit posted on 300zxclub a few days ago. The classifieds ad stated the kit was "in stock ready to ship." My email inquiry asked whether the kit was still in stock and ready to ship...I got a vague response about how it was a one time kit (but not a direct answer as to whether it was in stock as the post advertised). After a follow up email he divulged the kit had been sold and he needed to take the ad down. My point is that Ash makes awesome products and really revolutionized 300ZX bolt-ons...I would just purchase anything he sells through a vendor such as SZ. Maybe all that inventing, fabricating, and creative work leaves little left over for customer service. Maybe he just doesn't care that much about filling orders quickly. The bottom line is that it's irrelevant when you're waiting to install intercooler ducts whether it's the "fiberglass guy" or "picking up the latest order," you just want the ducts. Good luck.
