Message	Who takes all the fuses and relays out of a car before selling it. I ask if it has any issues I should know about because I wasn't personally coming to get car so he neglets to tell me it has complete diff color hatch and paint is royally screwed. I ask if all electric works fine and he says yes just need to plug under dash harness in. Car has no windshield wiper motor/assembly. No tail light bulbs. Harness under dash is for diff yr z and ignition didn't work, windows didn't work. There's no rear difroster... I also ask him is there any thing I should know before getting the car because I do plan to drive it on street even though it has holes cut in every peice of suspension and of the car and has the cage. He said no it shouldn't be a problem. I needed a parts car to get ignition to work with windows and everything
