successive dynos with 2.5" inlet piping mod: red = stock piping, blue = full 2.5" Ash piping.
Same boost level (12.9 psi on pump 91) Same tuner (the good folks from Specialty Z), no change in tunes, same custom chip. Same turbos, injectors, manis and exhaust Different dyno (Same make & model: Dynojet 244) Different city and elevation... not enough to account for the improvement, but offset it a bit.
Result? A completely different power onset... torque galore, a instant on power gain. Night and day driveability gain.
... then we tuned for 94 the next day :D
