Message	He was delayed in sending them to me, but eventually did get them to me, as described. He has been going through a rough patch financially and apparently a couple of health problems as well, but I think u can trust him. I would personally write to him one more time, and let him know your concerns and that you wil be forced to put in a pp dispute if you dont hear from him within two days.
