| personally ..you should fall on the sword and just take 100% ownership and stop passing the buck to Moroso. Either A - you are not talking to the right people at Moroso or B - you misheard / misintrepreted what Moroso said or C - poor at project management or D - plain liar or E - afraid to pony up to the situation so you string folks on with "a few more days / another week" as someone who has done a number of group buys / classified sales / etc --even here on TT.net - I understand the dynamics that you are talking about and I can tell you that you never can have too much communication. This is where you failed - not Moroso. I think Bernie or Halo Z said it best that customers are having a relationship with you not Moroso and that some folks shouldn't manage a GB on stock they don't have. I don't think you want customers dealing directly with Moroso because they can't get straight / free flowing answers from a merchant. I have seen this time and time again. I saw a post earlier about an August GB for oil lines from Ash. It's primarily the communication more so than the part delivery.
