my last episode over a product which is branded in their name, but failed. It was just a huge hassle for warranty and they kept changing the story each time I emailed. I cut my losses and went elsewhere. Thankfully, it was a relatively inexpensive part, but I'd shudder to think how they would deal with a larger, more expensive item. Cue Russell, Josh, et al for obvious retort to my statement. I can already read the words...
