| Massives use a 2.5" inlet/outlet, (i think it's ID) which is equivalent to 63.5mm. I've been fooling around with producing my own CNC 60mm TB's that utilize the stock mounting locations and shaft seals/bearings. My current design, only has .020" clearance between the bolt head and TB barrel and I wouldn't feel comfortable shaving any more thickness off of my barrel. So if you plan on making this fit stock bolt holes, I would be VERY interesting to see a 65mm TB :P here's a solidworks pic of my current prototype:
I have this built out of renwood right now (part left at school) I plan on installing the linkages and butterfly after thanksgiving break, and using drill rod for shaft stoppers and spring mounting points.
Time however is against me, 13 students all trying to use 1 HAAS, and shitty tools, I'll most likely have to spend $400.00 on my own tooling, just to make myself a set :P
