Message Christmas in January. Install a set of BDE intake cam sprockets, install a set of camshafts designed with VTC provisions, install the VTC solenoids, and configure the Haltec to trigger the solenoids at engine loads consistent with appx 10" hg vacuum and up, and hold until ~6500RPM until release.
You will dramatically improve your bottom end and midrange. The 160RWHP and 210RWTQ at 4000RPM you are making now without the VTC is seriously short bussing your setup. You'll pick up at least another 100RWHP and 150RWTQ through that RPM band by reinstalling the VTC system.
No charge... Consider it on the house. :)
