If you remember I was forceabily removed from the company.
You did loan SGP money and *SGP* owed you for those debts. Once I was forcabily removed you certainly should have worked with Mark and the accountant to get repaid. You did not make any loans to me personally....
Just FYI: I too was sued for the Dyno debt since my signature was on it and had to pay lawyers to fight it. I was not exempt from Mark's failure at paying bills and keeping the business going...
