| where were u? i78 spans nj and pa ...not ny so kinda need to know what laws were working with... as per the readout of the laser they are NOT required to show u at the traffic stop but you can request a discovery at court and they'll have an official printout for it...your not going to win that route... if it's NJ u can PLEA to pay a higher fine and get no points, if u got hit with laser you are very likely to lose without a solid defense. my advice, get a lawyer if u don't want points...if it happened in NY then i can advise u otherwise just need more details but im going to go on the limb here and say its NJ...if its PA i have no experience with PA courts.
