Message There will be some bending of the lines, just be careful. Use the same finesse required when removing a caliper and having to bend the brake hardline. If you don't think you have what it takes, call a friend who has a steady hand and a good eye, preferably done this type of work before.

What I usually do is use the weight of whatever the other end is of the lines, be it turbo or caliper, to bend the lines. Is this the best way to do it? Hell no. Do you have a strong chance of breaking the line/kinking it? Hell yes. I have to yet to break any though, and Ive done two turbo installs with your size turbos and quite a few calipers.

My coolant lines are a shitshow, but it fits.

Just make sure the copper washers (hope they are new) seat well when youre over and done with.

If you are not comfortable with the above methods and cant find help. remove the lines and start measuring and bending, quite a bit of trial and error will go into it I guarantee you. vice grips and some cloth to prevent marring will come in handy. Just make sure they dont stick out. Dont forget to delete some of the crap on the lines (bolt heads no longer needed, etc). I just like as little vestigial apparati as possible left when upgrading anything.

Side note: people always slack on tightening the -3AN for the oil feed, tightening the clamps for the drain, and tightening the coolant bolts (forgetting the size but whatever, 19mm i think). DO. NOT. SKIMP. OUT. ON. THIS.

Shoot me an email if you still have questions, but by now you should be covered. Go over all the bolts twice and good luck to you sir.
