The tune in St. Louis is not a isolated case, it was just the worst I had seen, and worth talking about. Those injectors were pitched to the customer as new Injectors that were just like Nismo, just less money.
I have sold at least 30 sets of Nismo's to people that had installed JECS and could not get the car to run properly, all of them have called back to tell me installing the Nismo's made the car run great again and all the issues they were having went away. Some of these people had bought DW first, then JECS and now Nismo. All of these cars finally ran properly after installing the Nismo injectors.
I have been able to make some of the cars with DW and JECS injectors run OK with custom, funky, tuning, but I would not want to run them in my own car. It is highly unlikely based on what I have seen, that each cyl will get the same amount of fuel in all RPM and boost ranges.
