Message	would approximate gear-based boost in most boosting situations. I still like the idea of true gear-based though. It sounds like I need to hold out for an Apexi... it just seems as though no one has some in stock. Apexi is apparently not refilling the vendors' orders at this time. I've looked around a little for a used one, and even used ones seem hard to come by. Control over max boost for a given gear just makes so much sense to me; I don't want to settle for something else. Argh.
