 This could be a dead-ringer for my brother's old '71 240...right down to the knock off 5-slot wheels:
 I keep looking for my old '72 240 to show up (if it's still around). I thought this one could have been it, albeit with some significant changes to when I had it, but then realized it's a '70; mine was a '72. I'll have to keep looking:
