Message	I see that it is the turnbuckle that broke, not the male threaded portion as I originally thought. I also was not aware that powertrix offered two different versions to remedy this problem. Therefore, I concede that this was likely installer error. We've not seen this type of failure on the SPL arms because they use a longer turnbuckle that offers superior thread engagement. The downside to this as you're probably aware, is that the turnbuckle collar can get crushed under certain conditions
