Message	on the quote i get for just painting those parts.If i am not going to have a full paint job done for a year or two i'd rather choose the option that looks most uniform, whether that ends up being vinyl or paint on the damaged panels is to be determined. Although i would much prefer paint, i would rather have a uniform finish on my car than a mismatched one. If i get the paint work done now, i'll be lucky if when i actually get a full paint job it'll match what i got done, so i'm taking a risk with that. Also i noticed a lot of new paint jobs have a lot more orange peel than the oem paint, and i KNOW that will drive me crazy. Vinyl i know will look uniform and consistent.
