Message Its actually worse with top feed injectors, being that the injector clips are removed via a push button clip thats located on the right side of each connector (instead of the usual front)...this is alleviated slightly by the injectors ability to be clocked while seated on the lower plenum, but still...

I have the lower and upper plenums coated with thermal dispersant, as well as the bottom end (turbo/manifold) heat shielded....my goal is to keep AIT as far down as possible, and with that comes lower engine bay temps. The lines have been covered with a mix of regular RadioShack and Harbor Freight heat shrink. I even wrapped my AshSpec v2 inlet with DEI exhaust wrap and secured them with stainless steel zipties with the hopes of preventing heat soak in the pipes due to their proximity to the MSP manifolds (even though they themselves are wrapped in ATP inconel heat shielding).

The larger vacuum lines are mostly AeroQuip Pushlok hose, but as far as the smaller ones, it was whatever I had on the car and in my garage i.e. generic crap. The vacuum caps were purchased from a local auto parts wholesaler, and the blue zipties were from Harbor Freight.

Fuel lines are HS-79 coated with Hypalon
