I'm sure there will be some, but probably nothing more than 5 degrees is my guess. if you don't have first hand experience perhaps you shouldn't be guessing. I have personally found the earlier tube and fin to perform poorly in R134a retrofits. High side pressures easily get out of hand, unlike the newer parallel flow
