| All I see is that Joe had a couple of issues, and some suspect users, no offense to those concerned. I'd be more wanting to know what the experience of folks who may have seen many come though their hands on various cars, Bernie or Woody, or SZ or Z1 for examples. I have a hard time believing that these transmissions are bad because one guy claims he got 4 bad ones in a row, when they went on all new Z32's in Japan for many years without word of a recall or service bulletin catching anyone's attention in the US. Color me skeptical. FWIW the "originals" are well known for synchro grinds too, and difficult 1>2 shifting. I had one.
