| Shifter on your Z? Your profile doesn't outline your current mod list. I ask mainly since there has been debate on how some short shifters can contribute to being unnecessarily hard on our tranny syncros, etc... *yes its too late now in this case, as your 4th gear grind is seemingly too far gone to be helped with the usual remedies like Redline, etc... Just wanted to throw that out there if u do have 1 an u decide to pick up another good used 1, VS a all out rebuilt tranny... Wouldn't want you to potentially accelerate the same issue again on a 2nd used tranny, that's all. Just my .02 -Mario.
