Message Unless you have a bigger turbos that boost late and you need to reobtain your power band.
I did just about everything I could to my valve train and I have revved to 8k with ease. For a while the thought was that factory buckets around 8750 RPMS would have a problem maintaining pressurized, and in addition the single wound springs would have a harmonics issue. Solid Bucket lifters and dual valve springs helped with this.

Regardless it would be a great idea but I am not sure if you need to go to 10k RPMS unless you want the additional top speed, and even then gearing, and aerodynamics become more of an issue.

I am thinking the better idea is to put a VK56DE or VK56VD and destroke it, maybe some thicker cylinders sleeves and then twin turbo that.
