Message drivers for the BLAZT and the PLMS USB interface. These drivers are for the FTDI chips that these boards use. You will only be able to change the latency setting if your using these interfaces.

Go to your device manager and find the port your interface is connected to. Either doubleclick the interface in the list or rightclick it and then click properties.

In the properties window under the port settings tab click the advanced button.

In the advanced settings window change the default setting of 16 to a value of 1.

Try that and if you still have problems go back and increase the value a little at a time until the problems are minimized. I've never had to increase it more than 1 but NISTune's guide indicates that a value of 5 seems to work best.
