Many things that I was taught turned out to be different with more testing. I would have never believed the gain from the larger intercooler pipe before I tested it myself. Goes against what some really big companies have said. After testing the gains and thinking more about what is going on, it makes perfect sense. To keep it simple...... If you allow the turbo wheels to spin free, they can move more air, if you add resistance to either side of the turbo wheels, it will spin slower and move less air.
