Message	mainly on the consequences of running without a license plate, not aesthetics. I haven't had a plate for seven years. During that time I've been pulled over twice expressly for not having one, been eyeballed by cops countless times, and gotten 4 speeding tickets. I've never been cited for not having one. But if I lived someplace else, I might have 12+ license plate violations by now. Chance favors the informed
