Over the years since 2006 when I built my current Z's engine I have had a number of requests for building these lines with filters for other people. There was also recent conversation on this forum about putting together a groupbuy for something like this.
I've been running these inline filters for 54K miles now without any issues. They have a 10-micron sintered bronze filter element and internal viton seals. They are user-serviceable and can be opened and the element cleaned or replaced. In 54K miles I have not replaced the filter element. I have opened the filters up a total of 3 times since installation : 1st time was only minutes after the initial startup of the engine - I always let my fresh engines come up to operating temperature and then dump the oil and change the filter. I also removed the filters and then backwashed them with brake parts cleaner into a clean bowl to inspect what they caught. Even being as anal as I am about having clean cylinder blocks when assembling engines, you just can't get it all out. There was visible debris in the backwash which I was very glad not to have go through the delicate bearing assemblies in my turbos.
Well, I've been spending some time here and there over the past few weeks to set this up and get everything nailed down with the lines, fittings, and fitment. We've gone through several variations of lines, fittings, and arrangements to find the best configuration, and we think we have a winner. :)

- 10-Micron Inline Hydraulic Filters - Sintered Bronze Element
- (4) Braided SS -4 Lines, Teflon Liner
- 1/8"BSP to -4AN 90-degree fitting
- 12mmX1.25mm Banjo Bolt, Copper Crush Seals
- Jetted fittings for BB Turbochargers
- Adel Clamps
The jetted fittings are post-filter to prevent any issues with possible blockage of the very narrow orifice.
For journal bearing turbos we are also offering the fittings in a non-jetted configuration.
At this point we are ready to roll on these kits in a groupbuy sale for $169 plus shipping. The kits come complete with everything you see above in the first image.
We are also proud to note that we will be launching a completely new website as of tomorrow, Sunday the 7th. These new lines will be available for purchase in this groupbuy tomorrow through our website.
