| It will wear 300% longer than organic, Kevlar wears very, very slowly. I have not been able to measure "any" wear on my disk in 10,000+ hard miles. No worries, Follow the break, then have at it. If you can wear it out in less than 50,000 miles, I'll replace it. I get nothing but VERY positive feedback on this clutch kit. Not sure why "your mechanic" thinks this is the crappiest friction plate he has ever seen, It is built like a tank and bullet proof (pun intended) On the shifter being stiff, Sounds like you have the through bolt too tight.
