Message	Lower front part is called a lower tiebar and will need to be replaced. It's a weld in piece and can still be purchased from Nissan, even has a part number. The right side skirt and floor both meet at a body seem that is also used as a jack point. Yours is probably a repairable item. They will have to straighten the floor and rocker panel, not to mention the seam. Put anti rust undercoating, new seam sealer and rubberized gravel guard for the rail.....then....paint it all. Done. Sorry to hear.
