although they may directly replace the OE vibration isolator, mine are built with performance and longevity as the primary design aspects. I did a load vs deflection test with a stock vibration isolator and one of mine, the OE part compresses 0.200" with a 500 lb load and mine compresses 0.020". Some of that difference is because I preload mine upon assembly so they don't get loose in tension, which is important because mounts operate in both tension and compression. So, they will transmit a bit more NVH, but they are more than likely the last motor mount you will ever buy for your Z... Unless you decide to get some AshSpec turbo inlets, that is, then you might step up to the Low-Profile Mounts :-)
