Message	They are shaped like a "NACA duct", which is an extremely efficient duct shape that allows cooling/airflow while barely increasing drag. Not sure if those ducts are meant to cool the turbos, or if they're just for letting cool air in to the bay. Sure it will help, if you have the skills go for it.
