Message	I recently replaced a fusible link on a customer's Z...thinking the same as you...16 years old. Well...it blew again...turned out the starter solenoid wire was not properly restrained, and had been chafing against the transmission, causing an intermittent short. Maybe it will never blow again...but I'd at least buy more than one fusible link so it doesn't leave you stranded. Keep a spare in the glove box
