Message	No one working in the bar should have to baby sit. The actions of a drunk are relative to the thoughts/mentality of a sober. Ryans descision to drive after drinking was well made before he ever started consuming. Additionally it is well documented that he loved to drive fast. By your logic of socializing this issue, we should just sterilize anyone that doesn't meet our collective level of acceptible intellegence.
