Message	Theres 3 big clips that hold it on. I used a straight snap on pick to gentle pry up with the back, once it lifts a litte pull up with your hand and should pop out. Also before you do any of this detach the rubber flap from the rear of.the seal so you can put it over the new kuruma piece.
