Subject	What do I need refresh before I drop the motor in?

Message	I bought a IPP Stage 3 longblock off a local guy. He purchased it in late 2007 with plans to drop it in his car, but he got in a divorce and put it on the back burner. He still wanted to finish the car but eventually realized he didn't have the time and sold it to me. Now my question is that since it has been sitting for almost four years, what all do I need to check, re-torque, or replace before I drop it in? Thanks
