Message	they seem to be fine, the plate doesn't go all the way vertical in the closed position, but it seems to seal all the way around, no sticking that I can notice. can't rotate the plate to 180deg position though, it doesn't seal against the bore at all and does stick. This would be like opening the valve past 100% and trying to close it by over-opening, if that makes sense. perhaps the problem is that some have the shafts/plates in upside down so that they don't close properly? it seems like people would have noticed that, so probably not, but it was the first thing I noticed.
