Message	Z1, who sells both manual and automatic radiators, and the salesman doesn't ask which one he needs? This is salesman's error, he's the professional in this situation. Sure, it would be great if the poster knew/remembered to ask, but he is not the professional. The guy from Z1 was right to call him and apologize. ... However, the first response should have been, "Did you contact Z1 about this before posting?"
