Don't worry, they'll find a way to disappoint you again, and hopefully it will be a legit reason. It's really what they do to resolve a problem that makes a vendor good or bad to deal with. Z1, in my case did nothing and kept flip-flopping on the resolution. Hence why I would rather deal with companies that: A. Stand Behind the product they sell. B. Take care of issues quickly when a customer brings them up.
