Message	When I saw you were having trouble with him I sent you an email with similar details of my dealings with him to the address you have listed in your profile. When I did not hear back I was hopeful you resolved it. If he does not refund your money, you should file a police report and also file a mail fraud complaint to the postal inspector at the USPS. Mail fraud is a federal crime and he seems to be creating a pattern.
