Message :The pcv system isn't activated by vacuum and it is not metered or filtered.

Incorrect. PCV valves open under vacuum. The fresh air drawn into the crank case as a result of this vacuum comes from the vent tubes that connect to the intake, and is therefore metered and filtered.

The pcv setup is opened/activated how ever you wanna describe, by good ol manual positive crank pressure which is constantly happening, not just when boosting or driving.

Incorrect. Positive crank case pressure will simply flow through the valve cover vent into the intake

The piston moving up and down causes pressure on both sides of the piston, this is the actual pressure it is trying to relieve is the pressure caused from the piston moving up and down so a malfunctioning, seized or clogged pcv valve is bad.

Incorrect. Any positive pressure that is created is the result of blow-by, not by piston movement.

A pcv system on a naturally aspirated engine helps rev the engine quicker by using the engines vacuum to pull this pressure from the crankcase alleviating the pressure below the piston.

Incorrect. The valve cover vent prevents any vacuum from forming in the crank case.

Big Turbo cars have a pcv system but the turbo helps rev the engine, and the excess pressure usually goes to a vented catch can not the intake track to prevent oil from getting in the intake track. If you plan on riding on a 11.5-11.8 a/f you might want to vent or reroute the pcv system to an oil catch can, nobody wants to lean out or detonate. A stock dd why deal with the hassle, just regularly check and replace your pcv valves.
